Short top-ups are included for club training nights, with optional extras when time allows.

This is the perfect program for you - built specifically for the off-season and preseason phases.

You'll want our tailored In-Season Program instead.

Check your email (including junk/spam) for your next steps - you'll be prompted to complete your account setup, including a consultation form. This gives Jack everything he needs to tailor the right program for you.

Once that's complete, Jack will start designing your program, and our team will be in touch to confirm your official start date.

From there, everything will be delivered through the JJ's app - so have your app notifications switched on to receive your program updates.

Jack has designed every part of the program structure to help you level up your game. You'll get access to guided videos from Jack, plus bulk messages with tips, motivation, and advice to keep you on track.

Nope! If you re-purchase, your new program progresses into the next phase with more advanced strength, speed, and skill work. If you're in for the full off-season and preseason, we recommend the 24-week package for the best value.

Yep! It's designed to work either on its own without club training, or alongside your two main club sessions. If you miss club training, no stress - your program includes replacement sessions so you can stay on track.

Absolutely! This is perfect for you. Jack tailors programs for males, females, and juniors aged 10 and up.

Our standard programs are tailored to your current fitness level and exercise experience but aren't fully customised. If you want a program that accounts for injuries, rehab, multiple sporting commitments, or other personal factors, the PRO Plan is what you're after! It offers a fully customised coaching experience with Jack. Check it out here!

Gym access is ideal, but our app lets you substitute exercises if you don't have certain equipment. At a minimum, we recommend access to adjustable dumbbells, a bench, a barbell, and weight plates.

A training partner is ideal for skills sessions, but solo sessions are also available.

Unfortunately, programs can't be paused.

They're designed with built-in flexibility to help you work around things like injuries or busy schedules.

We recommend reviewing the T&Cs carefully before purchasing to ensure it's the right fit for you.

Programs can be tailored for footballers aged 10 and up.

No stress! If you miss a session, just use the calendar feature in the app and complete it at a later date. The program is designed to be flexible around your week.

For monthly subscriptions, simply email us at info@jjshighperformance.com.au with at least 14 days' notice, in line with your 3-month minimum subscription terms.

For packages all sales are final - no cancellations or refunds are accepted once purchased.

The programs are tailored to your fitness level and training experience, but they are not fully customised for individual injuries or rehab plans. That said, Jack has designed them with flexibility in mind for injured athletes - including off-legs conditioning sessions, the ability to adjust your schedule, catch up on missed sessions, and substitute or add exercises as recommended by your physio or specialist.

Preseason and In-Season are two separate programs, so you'll need both if you want a smooth transition. You have two options:

  1. Purchase a Preseason Package - Then, before Round 1, purchase an In-Season Package. We'll combine any remaining weeks from your Preseason program and seamlessly transition you into the In-Season structure starting the Monday before Round 1.
  2. Sign up for the Monthly Subscription - this option includes a seamless transition between phases (T&Cs apply)
