Fixed term packages (8, 16 & 24 Weeks)

In-Season & Preseason Programs

1. Payment & Billing

  • All sales are final. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted once your purchase is confirmed.
  • By purchasing a fixed-term package, you agree to ensure payment is completed in full at the time of purchase via your nominated payment method.
  • We periodically review our fees and terms and may update them with at least 30 days’ notice & applying only to future purchases.

2. Program Duration & Delivery

  • Fixed-term programs are delivered through the JJ’s High Performance app and are available for the full duration of your selected package (e.g. 8, 16, or 24 weeks). Start and end dates are confirmed upon purchasing.
  • Your program is delivered exclusively through JJ’s app and is accessible only while your subscription is active. Once your account is deactivated or your subscription ends, access to your program and related content will be unavailable. 
  • Once assigned, your program cannot be adjusted, paused, or extended—even in the case of illness or injury. All packages are designed with built-in modifications to accommodate common limitations.

3. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Fixed-term packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations are not permitted once the program is assigned. Please ensure you are fully committed and have reviewed all package details prior to purchase.

4. Eligibility & Health

  • You must be 10 years or older to participate in any JJ’s High Performance fixed-term package.
  • By accepting this plan, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant health risks or pre-existing medical conditions and have obtained appropriate medical clearance where necessary.
  • Health disclosures can be submitted via our app or emailed to info@jjshighperformance.com.au prior to commencing training.

5. Communication & Conduct

  • All program content is intended strictly for personal use by the purchaser. Sharing, distributing, reproducing, or re-selling any content in whole or in part is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate deactivation of your account and legal action where applicable.
  • You agree to uphold respectful conduct when communicating with our team and within the JJ’s High Performance community.

6. Marketing & Privacy

  • By signing up, purchasing a program, or submitting your personal information, you consent to receive relevant program updates, marketing content, and promotional communications from JJ’s High Performance. You may unsubscribe at any time via email or through our app.
  • You can view our privacy policy on our website, this policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy periodically for any updates.

7. Assumption of Risk & Waiver

  • By purchasing, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant health conditions and have obtained medical clearance where necessary. You acknowledge that all training is self-directed and performed at your own risk. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that exercises are performed with proper technique and form.
  • JJ’s High Performance disclaims all liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred while participating in the program. You agree to train within your individual limits and to promptly inform us of any changes to your health status.

  • JJ’s High Performance disclaims all liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred while participating in the program. You agree to train within your individual limits and to promptly inform us of any changes to your health status. 

Monthly (recurring) Subscriptions

In-Season, Preseason & PRO Packages

1. Payment & Billing 

  • All sales are final. 
  • Minimum subscription period is 3 months. 
  • By accepting this payment plan, you agree to ensure sufficient funds are available via your nominated credit card. 
  • You must notify us of any changes to your card, including cancellations or insufficient funds. 
  • Failed payments incur a $10 administration fee. 
  • Three failed payments within one billing cycle will result in account deactivation and may lead to automatic deletion of your training data. If we do not hear from you, your information may be forwarded to a third-party recovery provider, which could result in a credit report being lodged against your name. 
  • We periodically review our fees and terms and may update them with at least 30 days’ notice. 

 

2. Cancellations & Program Access 

  • You may cancel or change your plan at any time by emailing info@jjshighperformance.com.au and giving 14 days’ notice, as long as the change takes effect no earlier than the end of your 3-month minimum subscription.  
  • Once your program is tailored and assigned, it cannot be adjusted or paused—even due to injury (our programs include injury modifications). 
  • Your program is delivered exclusively through JJ’s app and is accessible only while your subscription is active. Once your account is deactivated or your subscription ends, access to your program and related content will be unavailable.

in-person or online sessions

1. Payment & Booking

  • Payment is required upfront to secure your booking.
  • If you are booking directly into an available time slot, payment will be taken at the time of confirmation.
    If you end up on a waitlist, payment will only be processed once a mutually agreed time has been confirmed.
  • If your waitlisted session is not confirmed within 5 business days, we reserve the right to offer your place to the next client on the waitlist.
  • All sales are final.
  • If you’re bringing additional attendees, you must let us know in the booking form by specifying the total number of participants and providing their names. After booking, you’ll receive a separate payment link for the remaining amount based on your group size. If this payment isn’t received at least 3 days before your session, the booking will revert to a 1:1 session and no extra attendees will be able to join.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We reserve your session time exclusively for you. As such, we do not offer refunds or credits for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or credited to your account for future use, subject to availability.
  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and appreciate your support of this policy, which helps us manage demand and offer a fair experience to all clients.

3. Communication & Conduct

  • All sessions are delivered with a high level of preparation and care. You agree to arrive on time, be respectful, and participate fully in the session.
  • Failure to attend or respond to communication in a timely manner may result in your session being forfeited without refund.
  • Kicking videos submitted for analysis must be received within 3–5 days of booking and no later than the final day of the month. If videos are not received on time, Jack may not be able to provide feedback that month. This is to ensure fairness and timely support for all athletes who have booked and submitted as required. No refunds or carryovers will be issued for missed submissions.

  • By purchasing a club package, you agree to ensure payment is completed in full upon invoice via your nominated payment method.
  • Payment is due within the terms outlined on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Where a club has elected to have players contribute a portion of the total package cost, it is the club's responsibility to manage collection from players. The full club fee remains payable to JJ's High Performance regardless of individual player contributions or reimbursements.
  • All sales are final. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted once your purchase is confirmed.
  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If changes are made, we will notify you by email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

  • Club program access and support is provided for the full duration of the football season, concluding at the end of your club's final match (including finals, where applicable), unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • We will provide reasonable modifications to Club Programs where required to suit club structures, training schedules or logistical needs. These modifications must be requested within reasonable timeframes and are made at our discretion.
  • Individualised modifications to suit player-specific needs (including injuries, rehabilitation, personal preferences or scheduling conflicts) are not provided. As previously outlined, the Programs are not customised for your specific circumstances.

5. Communication & Conduct

  • All club program materials are provided strictly for internal club use only by the coaching team and registered players. You must not copy, distribute, share or otherwise make available any of the content to third parties without prior written consent. This includes (but is not limited to) uploading content to social media, group chats, file-sharing platforms or making physical copies. 
  • Each player and member of coaching staff agree to uphold respectful conduct when communicating with our team and within the JJ’s High Performance community. 
  • Ongoing support is provided to coaching staff only (including S&C coach if applicable) via phone or email. We do not provide direct access to individual players, parents or support staff (e.g. trainers, physios,) unless agreed in writing. 

6. Branding, Representation & Public Use

  • When JJ’s High Performance (JJ’s HP) is engaged to support or collaborate with a football club (“the Club”), the Club must not publicly represent the nature of this relationship in a way that implies exclusive employment, formal appointment, or club-specific affiliation without prior written approval from JJ’s HP. 

  

  • Specifically, the Club and its representatives must not use phrases such as, but not limited to: 

  

  • “Jack Grimes is our Strength & Conditioning Coach” 
  • “Jack Grimes has signed with [Club Name]” 
  • “JJ’s HP is officially part of [Club Name]’s coaching staff” 
  • “[Club Name] has appointed Jack Grimes as S&C coach” 
  • “Jack Grimes has joined [Club Name]” 

  

  • Instead, appropriate and approved language includes: 

  

  • “Working with JJ’s HP” 
  • “Supported by JJ’s HP” 
  • “In partnership with JJ’s HP” 
  • “JJ’s HP is assisting our players’ physical preparation” 
  • “We’re collaborating with Jack Grimes / JJ’s HP on performance support” 
  • “Performance support provided by JJ’s HP” 

  

  • Any public use of JJ’s HP branding, names, or likenesses (including Jack Grimes), whether in promotional materials, social media, or media releases, must be approved in writing by JJ’s HP prior to publication. 
  •   
  • Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate termination of services and/or legal action.
